What we collect

• Order details — your name, email, shipping address, and what you bought. We need these to fulfill your order and email your tracking number.
• Payment details — processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Messages — emails you send to hello@nookandmist.com, kept so we can help with your order.
• Basic site analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregated page views (no cross-site tracking, no ad pixels).

What we don't do

No accounts, no passwords to leak. We don't sell your data, rent your email list, or run personalized ads based on your visits.

Who sees your data

• Stripe — payment processing (their privacy policy applies at checkout).
• Our makers / carriers — your shipping address, solely to deliver your parcel.
• Cloudflare — hosts this site and provides basic security analytics.

Cookies

This site uses browser local storage (not cookies) to remember your cart on your own device. Stripe's checkout pages set their own cookies under Stripe's policy.

Your rights

Email hello@nookandmist.com to access, correct, or delete your personal information. We'll respond within 30 days. California and EU/UK residents: we honor applicable access, deletion, and portability requests.
