Returns & refunds

The short version

  • · 30-day returns from the day your parcel arrives.
  • · Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • · Approved refunds land within 5 business days, back to your original payment method.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@nookandmist.com with your order email and which item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within 2 business days with a return address and an RMA number.
  3. Post the item back (buyer pays return postage unless we sent the wrong or a faulty item). A tracked service is strongly recommended.
  4. Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we refund you within 5 business days.

What's eligible

Unused items in original packaging, returned within 30 days of delivery. Sprayers must be unfilled and unwashed beyond a rinse; mounting hardware must include all screws, pads, and hooks.

What's not eligible

  • Items damaged by misuse, over-tightened mounts, or dishwashers (our sprayer pumps are hand-wash only).
  • Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

Faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, tell us within 14 days with a photo and we'll cover return postage and offer a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with via Stripe. Banks typically show the refund within 5–10 business days after we issue it. Shipping was free, so there's no shipping fee to deduct — you simply get back what you paid.
