Shipping policy

The short version

  • · Free shipping on every order, anywhere in the US.
  • · Delivery takes 12–20 business days (handling 1–3 days + transit 12–20 business days).
  • · Every order includes tracking, emailed as soon as your parcel ships.

Why 12–20 business days?

We're a tiny side-project shop, and we keep prices low (free us shipping orders arrive in 12–20 business days.) by shipping directly from our makers instead of warehousing stock in the US. Your order is packed and posted within 1–3 business days, then travels12–20 business days in transit. If you need something faster, we're probably not the right shop for this order — and we'd rather tell you that now.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We don't yet ship internationally. US territories are served where our carriers reach; contact us first and we'll confirm.

Cost

Shipping is free — the price you see on the product page is the price you pay. There are no minimums, codes, or surprise fees at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships (usually within 3 business days). Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement — that's normal.

Late or lost parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived after 20 business days in transit, contact us and we'll trace it, reship it, or refund you — your choice. If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building office first, then tell us within 7 days and we'll help file the carrier claim.

Address mistakes

Stripe sends us the address exactly as you type it. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll try to intercept the parcel — after it ships, we can't reroute it.
