1. The shop

Nook & Mist ("Nook & Mist", "we") sells small home and kitchen goods through this website. Prices are in USD. Checkout is processed by Stripe; your payment is also subject to Stripe's terms.

2. Orders & availability

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email (via Stripe) — not when you click "Buy". If an item becomes unavailable, we cancel and refund you in full within 5 business days.

3. Shipping

Shipping is free in the US with delivery in 12–20 business days, as described in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Returns

Our 30-day return policy forms part of these terms.

5. Product use & safety

• Oil sprayers are for culinary oils and food-safe liquids only. Do not use with flammable aerosols or hot liquids. Hand wash pump parts.
• Mount holders with the included hardware on sound walls; respect the stated weight limits. Test adhesive mounts for 24 hours before loading.
• Keep small parts away from children.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.

7. Content

Product photos marked as placeholders are illustrative. Copy, measurements, and colors are as accurate as we can make them but may vary slightly by batch.
